This past month has been killer, but we have great beer in the works. Beacon IPA is on the way. I love this beer. Dan tells me it's because of the Mosaic hops...I think it's because it is just SO different from any other IPA.
We've also made some bread with the spent grain from the Beacon...because baking is great in this weather also :) What would YOU do with fresh-baked beer bread?
